Terms Explained

Payment Terms

The ultimate goal in establishing payment terms is to come to middle ground that is fair for the buyer and fair for the supplier.  Our goal as a company is to offer the most fair terms for the characteristics of the offer.  There must be a full cycle of value in order for the transaction to take place.

Shipping Terms

FOB

FOB terms are offered where we as the supplier will handle inland freight, washing and containerization.  

Ex Works

Ex works terms are sometimes offered if the buyer would like to control containerization.  With Ex Works terms, the equipment and components are offered essentially where they reside or current location prior to containerization.

CIF

CIF terms are offered for those buyers who do not want to organize shipping.  We handle the shipping from acquisition to clearing at the destination port through our forwarder and yours.
